What we do on Green Team

Green Team is a nature- friendly team trying to help the environment. Our goal is to give back to nature by keeping  it healthy.  We compost our food, clean out the garden, and plant new plants in gardens.  As a Pingry community, we care about nature and  want to keep it clean, otherwise there will be no clean air to breathe, plants to eat, or fertile soil to grow it. We plant new plants with composted fertilizer, compost our waste, recycle paper and plastic, and clean our gardens. We hope future fifth grade classes are inspired to help our environment.
